Each purchase is mailed no later than 2 days after I receive payment.
Your jewelry should reach you within a week after ordering.

What is your return policy?
I cannot accept returns or exchanges, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please send an email my way at chaliceoeuphoria@yahoo.com and I will see what I can do.
What if I would rather have my jewelry with sterling silver?
To have earrings switched to sterling silver all you need to do is go to our "Extras" section and select the type of ear wires you would prefer. For bracelets and necklaces or any other type of jewelry you may e-mail me at chaliceoeuphoria@yahoo.com and I will do everything I can to meet your request.
